An exceptional Airbnb rental that serves as a perfect base for exploring Kent, the Garden of England. This charming holiday cabin, is tucked away in the quite area of Kingsgate in Broadstairs yet only 1.15 minutes to London on the high speed train and 45 minutes from the port of Dover.
The accommodation is situated in a long, quite, secluded and garden of our home which is escape poof, We offer modern, comfortable and clean accommodation, 2 minutes walk from cliff tops, sloping down into Botany Bay beach. There are numerous bays to explore, glorious walking and cycling trails, .We are surrounded by our local pubs and restaurants, many that have regular entertainment. A short car (taxes) or bike ride away, there is a further abundance in nearby Broadstairs, the town of Margate and Ramsgate seafront/harbour. Many of which are dog friendly.

The cabin offers 105 metres of living space. Built to accommodate two guests, including those with limited mobility issues as all areas are on same level.
There is a large garden that will keep your furry friend safe. It is fully enclosed. but you know what they can be like!
From the wood gate, the private entrance, you will find a small, slightly steep ramp as the garden is on two levels. From there on is flat, all the way.
The bathroom consists with modelled grab bars, an oversized walk-in shower with seat, a hair dryer with shaving point and even a mirror fitted with blue tooth with alternative cosmetic lighting. A full length mirror is hidden for convenience.
The lounge/kitchen comes with a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave/oven, and a tabletop hob, kettle and toaster, pots and pans and the list goes on, which is provided for your convenience should you decide not to venture out. There is a compact, pull-out, small table with two stools, a 42-inch, TV with Netflix etc, a big comfy sofa and USB ports. Yesterday games can also be found! Full information about the area and beyond is provided.
The double bedroom (guests have remarked on how comfortable the mattress is). It has generous hanging space for clothes and coats as well as a second 42-inch TV. USB ports. All bed linen, two snuggly dressing gowns and bathroom towels/beach towels plus doggie towels are provided. The linen and towels are included and regularly changed on longer stays.
Coffee, tea, sugar and fresh milk, a loaf of bread, butter, Jam and marmalade are included as well as something for the doggie to get you started.
A pass code will be sent when your destination details are provided before your stay, how to open the cabin and the storage unit pad lock, adjacent to the cabin.. For convenience, the code for the cabin and store unit are the same and changed on each visit.
At your disposal is a large decking area with your own Patio Bistro table with chairs plus gravity sun loungers,, In the summer and warmer nights, the decking becomes a sun trap, You also have use of the full use of the garden.
The large storage shed can accommodate, bikes or hirer bikes, golfclubs, wheelchair, body board and any other equipment you wish to bring and protect. Surf Boards can be placed in our garage.
Our local bike hire shop offers a deal of 25% off their hire fee plus free delivery to our residence for convenience.
